Players, men and women
The same standard of representation on both sides of the game. Contracts, club moves, and a straight answer.
Player and coaching staff agency
Representation for players and coaching staff
Odyssey Sport Management acts for rugby players — men and women — and for the coaches and strength and conditioning staff beside them. Clear advice, careful placements, and support when a career changes country.
What we take on
Coaching staff
Head coaches, assistants, and specialists, placed with the same care as the players they lead.
Strength and conditioning
S&C staff represented as careers in their own right, not as a footnote to the squad.
The move itself
Relocation is part of the work. Timing, the new country, and the practical questions that come with them.

Coaching staff placement
Head coaches, assistants, and specialist coaches introduced and negotiated for with discretion.

Career and relocation support
A move only works if the life around it works. Timing, the new country, and the questions that sit beside the contract.
